Laminate
Laminate flooring is a composite material with an image of wood or stone adhered to the top. A surface layer then resists scratching and denting better than real wood or stone. Enhancements, such as GenuEdge Technology™ assist in a more realistic and authentic imitation of real hardwood floors.
Laminates are often less expensive and easier to install, due to their patented locking technology, than hardwoods, making them a superb value for the home.
Vinyl Tile
Vinyl tile flooring is designed to thrive in areas where moisture is a common element. So, for kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, front hallways, and laundry areas, it’s a life-saver when it comes to easily cared-for surfaces that look great. Vinyl tile is available in a glue-down vinyl tile, or a sturdy engineered tile complete with a modern locking system. As far as maintenance goes, all you need is a damp mop to keep them looking great.
